Battle on the Clay Court has commenced as preparations for Roland Garros 2025 begin. Top tennis stars have arrived in France for the Monte Carlo Masters, a pivotal tournament held every April. This event sets the tone for the only clay court Grand Slam of the year. The 2025 edition marks the 118th chapter of this historic competition.
This is a men’s singles and men’s double tournament. Rafael Nadal has been the most successful player ever to play in Monte Carlo. The Spaniard has won 11 tournaments, with eight consecutive wins from 2005 to 2012. Novak Djokovic has been the Mr. Consistent. He will be making his 19th appearance in this tournament.

Stefanos Tsitsipas has enjoyed playing here in Monte Carlo. The 26-year-old Greek has been a part of seven ATP Masters 1000 finals. He has won three out of these and all of them here in Monte Carlo.
